100 days of free return

If you want to return your goods, you are always welcome to do so within 100 days. Simply send us an email to info@thebeerbong.co.uk. In the e-mail, you must state your order number and describe which items you want to return.

Reservation

If you return an unused product that is in the same condition as on receipt, you will receive the full amount of the product.

If a product is returned and does not appear in the same condition as upon receipt, an amount equal to the reduced value of the item is refunded.
